摘  要:在物流业大发展而铁路货运份额逐年下降的背景下,铁路货运必须加速嵌入到社会大物流系统中,加强整合并有机地衔接其它物流资源。由于物流行业的中等程度资产专用性和中等程度交易频率,所以铁路货运的嵌入适合采取纵向的中间体组织。在中间体这种组织模式下,依靠货运场站等重要节点的高联结性间接或直接与全球物流网络发生互联,抢占网络核心位置的节点联结,增进协同机会。通过"弱连接"和"结构洞"控制和调节中间体网络结构,消除无序竞争引起的价值链扭曲和业务过度分割引起的不经济。In the context of the thriving of logistics industry and the waning of railway freignt business, railway freight must be speedily embedded into social logistics systems, and integrated organically with other logistics resources. Because of the special use and business frequency of moderate asset, the embedment form of railway freight should adopt a vertical intermediate organization. Under this mode, the railway freight can, through the high connectivity of transportation stations and other important nodes, connect with global logistic network directly, or indirectly, occupy the core nodes, and increase cooperation opportunities. The network structure of the intermediate organization can be controlled and adjusted by the "weak links" and "structural holes", which also helps in eliminating the distortion of value chain caused by disorderly competition and the diseconomy generated by over-segmentation.
