弹性供应网络对企业发展的影响及实施策略

摘　　要：面对全球激烈的竞争形势,企业必须保持长久的竞争优势和保护它的长久利润源,由供应商合作伙伴编织的弹性的供应关系网络,对企业长远发展是至关重要的。分析弹性供应网络及对企业发展的影响可以看出,构建弹性供应网络有利于降低企业的供应风险、减少损失以及获得长久的竞争优势。供应网络弹性主要分为网络自身的弹性和管理运营上的弹性,企业应从这两个方面来构建这种弹性供应网来为其获得长久的发展。Facing the severe global competition situation, enterprises must maintain long-term competitive advantages and protect its long-term source of profits, and therefore, a resilient supply network woven by the vendor partners is very important for the development of enterprises. By analyzing the impact of the resilient supply network upon the development of an enterprise, we can see that such networks is essential for businesses to reduce their supply risk, lower their loss and obtain a long-term competitive advantage. As is proposed in this paper, the resilience of supply network can be categorized into two parts, that of the network itself and that of management of operation, both of which should be well-constructed to achieve a long-term development for an enterprise.
