摘　　要：目的探讨尿毒清颗粒对腹膜透析患者全身微炎症状态的影响。方法将40例患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,各20例。两组常规治疗相同,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予尿毒清颗粒冲服,5 g/次,4次/d。连续服药3个月后,观察治疗前后血清hs-CRP及IL-6水平变化。结果治疗后,两组hs-CRP、IL-6水平均降低(P<0.05);两组组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿毒清颗粒对腹膜透析患者全身微炎症状态有明显改善作用,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of uremic clearance granule on the systemic microinflammato ry state of patients after peritoneal dialysis. Methods 40 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 20 cases in each group. Control group was given conventional treatment, treatment group was treated with uremic clearance granule （5 g per time ,4 times daily）combined with conventional treatment. After treatment for 3 months, the changes in serum hsCRP and IL6 levels were observed. Results The hsCRP and IL6 of both groups significantly decreased after treatment（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and those of treatment group were improved more significantly compared with control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Uremic clearance granule can significantly improve the systemic microinflammatory state of pa tients after peritoneal dialysis without toxic sideeffect, it is worthy of clinical application.
