清胰汤治疗重症急性胰腺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察清胰汤治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的疗效。方法将83例SAP患者随机分为2组,对照组(41例)行西医常规治疗,治疗组(42例)在西医常规治疗基础上加用清胰汤治疗。结果两组平均腹胀消退时间、平均禁食时间、平均住院时间、住院费用、肛门恢复排便时间、血淀粉酶、血钙及C反应蛋白恢复正常时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗结果及手术治疗情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清胰汤能有效促进胃肠道功能恢复,减轻急性炎症反应,减轻胰腺损害,促进胰腺修复,缩短病程,降低住院治疗费用,治愈率明显提高,较单独西医治疗效果明显,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect of Qingyi decoction on severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）. Methods 83 SAP patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, control group （n = 41 ）was treated with conventional western medicine, treatment group （n = 42）was given western medicine combined with Qingyi decoction. Results There were significant differences in average abdominal distension subsidise time, mean fasting time, average hospitalization time, hospitalization costs, anal defecation recovery time, recovery time of blood amylase, serum calcium and C reactive pro tein between the 2 groups（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The results of treatment and operation in the two groups had significant differ ences （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Qingyi decoction could obviously promote the recovery of gastrointestinal functions,re duce the acute inflammatory response and pancreatic damage, promote pancreatic repair, shorten the treatment course, reduce hospitalization costs,improve the cure rate obviously. The effect of combination group of Qingyi decoction and western medicine is better than western medicine only, it is worthy of promotion.
