摘  要:在BTJS-01型高速滚珠丝杠副综合测量仪上进行了CD4010高速滚珠丝杠副的疲劳试验,但运行仅14.2 h GCr15滚珠丝杠副即失效。通过对产品进行成分检测、金相观察、淬硬层硬度梯度分布测量和扫描电镜形貌分析等综合分析,结果表明:滚珠丝杠副早期失效的主要原因是螺母中回珠管的管舌断裂,而丝杠原材料的铬含量偏低、丝杠工作面的硬度偏低和淬硬层较浅也是造成早期失效的重要原因。Fatigue testing of CD4010 high-speed ball screw had been conducted on the BTJS-01 type inte- grated measuring instrument of high-speed ball screw, and GCr15 ball screw failured only after 14.2 h. Through chemical composition analysis, metallographic inspection, hardness gradient distribution test and scanning electron microscopy observation, the comprehensive analysis for the failured ball screw had been carried on. Analysis results showed that the main cause of the failure was due to rupture of tube tongue in the nut. Furthermore, the lower chromium content of the raw material and the unreasonable hardness gra- dient distribution of the ball screw were also important to cause the earlier failure.
