中药防制猪繁殖与呼吸综合征的研究进展

摘　　要：猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,PRRS)是由猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(porcinereproductive and respiratory syndrome virus,PRRSV)引起的一种急性、高度接触性传染病,临床症状主要表现为母猪发热、厌食、流产或死胎、木乃伊胎,仔猪常出现呼吸系统症状和高死亡率。文章从猪繁殖与呼吸综合征中医发病机理、中药抗病毒的机制、单味中药和复方制剂对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征的防制作一总结。Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome （PRRS） was caused by reproductive and respiratory syndrome vi- rus （PRRSV）, was an acute highly contagious infectious disease, mainly clinical symptoms were for the sow fever, anorexia, abortion and stillbirth, mummy child,respiratory symptoms and high mortality of piglets. The article reviewed the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） pathogenesis mechanism of PRRS, the antiviral mechanism of TCM, and single medicinal herbs and compound medicinal herbs for the prevention and control of PRRS.
