摘  要:目的:探讨通心络联合规范西医治疗对缺血性心肌病(ICM)患者血清氧化应激、高敏CRP(hsCRP)及血管内皮功能的影响。方法:将2008年9月至2011年4月ICM患者83例随机分为两组:对照组及通心络治疗组。随访期半年,所有研究对象在初始及随访结束时两次行血脂、抗超氧阴离子自由基(O2-)活力(抗O2-活力)、丙二醛水平、hsCRP、外周血循环内皮微颗粒(EMP)及内皮祖细胞(EPC)水平检测,并记录两组患者药物不良反应的发生率。结果:研究结束时,与对照组比较,通心络治疗组血清丙二醛、hsCRP及外周血循环EMP水平明显降低,血清抗O2-活力及外周血循环EPC明显升高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组药物不良反应情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通心络可能降低ICM患者血清氧化应激及炎症水平,并可能改善ICM患者血管内皮功能。Objective : This study was designed to investigate the effect of association of Tongxinluo and formal western medicine treatment on serum oxidative stress, high sensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP) and vascular en dothelial function in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy (ICM). Methods: Eightythree patients with ICM were selected from 2008.9 to 2011.4. Patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n =41 ) and Tongxinluo treatment group ( n = 42). All subjects were followed up for 6 months. The levels of serum lipids, scav enging activity for superoxide anion radicals (02), malondialdehyde, hsCRP, circulating Endothelial progenitor cells (EPC) and endothelial derived microparticles (EMP) were examined in all subjects at enrollment and the end of study. The incidences of adverse reactions for medicines in two study groups were taken down. Results: Compared with control group, the levels of serum malondialdehyde, hsCRP and circulating EMP were significantly decreased and serum scavenging activity for O2, circulating EPC were significantly increased in Tongxinluo treat ment group in comparison with control group at the end of this strdy (P 〈 0.05 ). There were no significant differ ences between the two groups on the incidences of adverse reactions for medicines. Conclusions: Tongxinlong might decrease the levels of serum oxidative stress, inflammation and improve the vascular endothelial function in patients with ICM.
