摘　　要：利用三菱FX2N系列PLC完成Z3040摇臂钻床的电气控制系统的改造,克服了原继电-接触器控制系统可靠性差、故障率高和维修工作量大的缺点。控制程序采用顺序功能图SFC编程,与设备动作顺序一致,不需要复杂的记忆与互锁回路,现场调试和维护方便。The reformation of Z3040 beam drilling＇ s electrical control system is completed using Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC. It overcomes shortcomings of poor reliability, high failure and big maintenance workload. Control program is written by SFC that is in accord with equipment action, not in need of sophisticated interlock circuit and convenient in commissioning and maintenance.
