摘  要:船用柴油机是集机、电、液于一体的复杂系统,结构和工作原理复杂,检验和维修以及故障识别和诊断难度高。为了使学生能直观弄懂船用柴油机的工作原理,熟悉船用柴油机的结构,掌握其故障检测诊断与维修技术,提高学员的学习效率,使学员毕业后能胜任岗位的需要,建立了船用柴油机动力实验中心,采用了模块化的实践教学方式、运用虚拟教学手段构建了船用柴油机实践教学体系,在机电管理人才的培养方面取得了良好的效果。Marine diesel engine is a complex system which combines electronic, mechanical and hy- draulic technology. Its structure and working principle are complex. The level of difficulty of check, maintenance and fault recognition of marine diesel engine is considerable. For helping students to learn the working principle and structure of diesel engine, master the fault deteetion and diagnosis and tech- nique of maintenance, the power experimental center of diesel engine is founded. The purposes are to enhance the learning efficiency of students, and to make them meet the requirement of job, and to es- tablish the practice teaching system of marine diesel engine which adopts the modular practice teaching pattern and virtual instrument of teaching. This system has a good effect on training managerial person- nel in mechanical and electrical department.
