摘　　要：一个企业的文化、管理,不是一段标语,一句口号,而是风俗、习惯、舆论,是环境与氛围。在企业管理、发展的过程中,企业领导人起着核心的作用,常言说"火车跑得快,全靠车头带",一个中小企业取得的好成绩与企业经营班子的管理能力是分不开的。In a corporate culture, management is not a slogan, but customs, habits, public opinion, the environment and atmosphere. In enterprise management and development process, business leaders play a central role, just as the saying goes, ＂A train runs fast, depending on the locomotive. ＂ The good results in a SME are inseparable with the business team＇s management capabilities. This paper mainly discussed the necessary management capacity of SME＇s managers in China.
