摘 要:针对河南油田稠油井第二界面汽窜问题,开展了油井水泥-泥饼-地层整体胶结一体化固井技术研究。该技术是在不改变现有钻井液、水泥浆体系及性能的基础上,采用化学方法实现水泥环-泥饼-地层的整体胶结,达到大幅度提高固井第二界面胶结强度的目的。通过室内配伍性实验及胶结强度测试,证实了泥饼改性剂(GM-Ⅰ)、凝饼形成剂(GA-Ⅱ)与钻井液、水泥浆配伍良好,水泥环-泥饼-地层的整体胶结作用使固井第二界面胶结强度提高到200%以上。6口井的现场应用表明,固井第二界面胶结质量较邻井显著提高,解决了稠油井第二界面汽窜问题。In view of the second interface steam channeling problem of heavy oil wells in Henan oilfield,the integrated solidification and cementation technology of oil well cement-mud cake-formation has been carried out.Based on non-change of drilling fluid and cementing slurry system,the chemically integrated cementing of cement sheath-mud cake-formation has been adopted,which can reach the purpose of great improvement of the second interface cementing strength. Through compatibility experiments and cementing strength testing,good compatibility between cake modifier ( GM-Ⅰ), agglomerated cake agent ( GA-Ⅱ) and drilling fluid,cementing slurry system has been confirmed.The integrated cementing effect of cement sheath-mud cake-formation canbe greatly improved to 200%.Compared with adjacent wells,field application of 6 wells indicates the cementing quality of the second interface is obviously enhanced,which solves the second interface steam channeling problem of heavy oil wells in Henan oilfield.
