摘 要:通过微乳液聚合方法合成了纳米聚甲基丙烯酸十八酯降粘剂,并且通过傅立叶变换红外光谱仪和透射电子显微镜(TEM)进行表征。将纳米聚甲基丙烯酸十八酯(NPOMA)降粘剂分别应用于胜利19号井稠油和大庆丹东站稠油进行降粘性能研究,结果表明,在40℃时,w(降粘剂)=500×10-6时胜利稠油的表观粘度下降70.88mm2/s,表观降粘率为70.53%,净降粘率为23.04%;w(降粘剂)=300×10-6时大庆稠油的表观粘度下降26.44mm2/s,表观降粘率为66.26%,净降粘率为37.59%。因此该种降粘剂更适用于大庆稠油。Poly(methyl octadecyl acrylate)(NPOMA)nanoviscosity reducer was synthesized by micro- emulsion polymerization and characterized by fourier transform infrared spectrometer and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). No. 19 of Shengli crude oil and Dandong station of Daqing crude oil were chosen to study the viscosity of NPOMA nanoviscosity reducer. When 500×10^-6 NPOMA was added at 40℃,the viscosity of Shengli crude oil was decreased by 70. 88 mm2/s with the apparent viscosity reduction rate was 70. 53% and the pure viscosity reduction rate of 23.04%. When 300×10^-6 NPO- MA was added at 40℃ ,the viscosity of Daqing crude oil was decreased by 26.44 mm2/s,the apparent viscosity reduction rate and the pure viscosity reduction rate of Daqing crude oil was 66. 26% and 37.59 %, respectively. The results indicated the nano additive is more effective in reducing the viscosity of Daqing crude oil than Shengli crude oil.
