摘　　要：针对查新工作存在的一些管理问题,提出了一种基于SOA(service-oriented architecture)架构的ExtJS和S2SH(Struts2+Spring+Hibernate)的整合框架。在此基础上设计了一个开放、松耦合的查新工作管理平台,包括功能体系和数据模型。采用Web服务的技术实现该科技查新管理平台,能够辅助查新业务有序开展,对提高查新业务的效率和加强查新业务的管理有明显作用。According to some existing management problems of sci - tech novelty search work, an integrated framework of ExtJS and S2SH （ Struts2, Spring and Hibernate） based on SOA architecture was put forward. On this basis, an open and loose coupling management platform of Sci - tech novelty search was designed. The platform includes function system and data model. The Web service technology was used to implement the Sci -tech novelty search management platform. The platform can assist the novelty search work orderly ; it has obvious effects on improving the efficiency of Sci - tech novelty search business. Business management of Sci - tech novelty search was then strengthened.
