摘　　要：根据《机场安全管理体系建设指南》关于机场管理机构应当建立健全安全管理体系的监管要求,分析了机场场务管理安全监控系统的结构,构建了机场系统的总体框架。系统采用B/S模式,具有机场场务部门、风险管理小组和机场安全管理委员会3级用户,包括场务信息管理、管理风险预警、管理能力评估和决策支持等功能模块,可以实现机场场务的集成信息化管理。系统的应用将有效地改善机场安全管理的手段,提高场务管理的效率和水平。According to the supervision requirement that the airport authority should ＂establish and improve comprehensive security information management regularity, the structure of the airport field service safety monitoring system was analyzed, and an overall frame work was proposed. This system adopted B/S model with three classes of users including airport field service department, risk management group and airport security department. It included functional modules of field information management, management risk early warning, management ability evaluation and decision making support. The system realized integrated information management on airport field service. The application of this system will effectively enhance airport safety management measures, and it will contribute to a great improvement on the safety management efficiency and level.
