摘 要:以二氧化硅负载高氯酸(HClO4/SiO2)为催化剂,香兰素和1,2-丙二醇经缩合反应合成香兰素缩1,2-丙二醇。考察了醛醇物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间对产品收率的影响。实验表明,较佳反应条件为:当香兰素的用量为0.1 mol,1,2-丙二醇的用量为0.16 mol,即n(香兰素)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=1∶1.6,催化剂用量1.5 g,反应温度80℃,反应时间45 min,香兰素缩1,2-丙二醇的收率达87.1%以上。HClO4/SiO2是一种热稳定性好、简单易制、可循环使用的高效非均相催化剂。Vanillin 1,2-propylene glycol acetal was synthesized through the condensation of Vanillin with 1,2-propylene glycol using silica supported perchloric acid ( HClO4/SiO2 ) as a catalyst. The effects of the molar ratio of reactant, the amount of catalyst, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of product were discussed. The results showed that the optimized reaction conditions are as follows: the mo- lar ratio of Vanillin ( 0.1 mol) to 1,2-propylene glycol ( 0.16 tool) is 1: 1.6; the amount of catalyst is 1.5 g, reaction temperature is 80 ℃and the reaction time is 45 min. Under the optimum conditions men- tioned above, the yield of Vanillin 1 ,2-propylene glycol acetal reached more than 87. 1%. HCI04/SiO2 as a heterogeneous catalyst has many advantages of high thermal stability, ease of preparation and reus- ability.
