摘  要:以乙腈为溶剂,50%单氰胺水溶液替代单氰胺,提出制备N-氰基乙亚胺酸乙酯的合成新方法。探讨了如何降低乙腈的消耗,研究了反应料比、温度、时间对产品收率的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:乙腈∶乙醇摩尔比为1.3∶1,反应温度为35℃,反应时间12 h;单氰胺水溶液∶乙亚胺酸乙酯盐酸盐∶磷酸氢二钠摩尔比为2∶2∶1,反应温度为40℃,反应时间4 h,总收率达80%以上,适合工业化生产。A new synthetic method for the preparation of ethyl N-cyanoetfylimidoatete which is used aceto- nitrile as the solvent and 50% aqueous cyanamide alternative cyanamide was introduced. How to reduce consumption of acetonitrile was discussed. The influence of the molar ratio of reactants, the reaction tem- perature and the reaction time on the product yield were investigated. The results showed that the optimum process condition were as follows: acetonitrile : ethanol reaction molar ratio is 1.3 : 1, reaction tempera- ture is 35 ℃, reaction time 12 h; cyanamide solution: ethyleneimine ethyl ester hydrochloride: disodium hydrogen phosphate molar ratio is 2 : 2 : 1, the reaction temperature of 40℃, reaction time 4 h, the total yield is more than 80% , and suitable for industrial production.
