五虎追风散配合西药治疗左旋多巴诱发异动症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察五虎追风散配合西药治疗左旋多巴诱发异动症的临床疗效。方法:将60例左旋多巴诱发异动症患者随机分成2组,每组各30例,对照组给予口服多巴丝肼片和吡贝地尔缓释片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用五虎追风散(蝉蜕6 g,天南星6 g,天麻12 g,全蝎3 g,僵蚕10 g)治疗,两组疗程均为12周。结果:两组疗效差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。两组患者日常活动、运动功能及异动症情况均改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:五虎追风散能减少左旋多巴诱发异动症出现的时间,对治疗帕金森病中出现的异动症有较好的临床疗效,可用于轻、中度异动症患者的治疗。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of integrated treatment of wuhu zhuifeng powder and western medicine for levodopa-induced dyskinesia. Methods： Sixty patients with levodopa-induced dyskinesia were randomly divided into two groups with 30 for each,and the medication lasted for 12 weeks. Levodopa and benserazide hy- drochloride tablets, as well as piribedil sustained-release tablets for oral use were given to the control group. Apart from the same treatment for the control group,wuhu zhuifeng powder was added to the treatment group,containing Chantui （Periostracum Cicadae） 6 g,Tiannanxing （Rhizoma Arisaematis） 6 g,Tianma （Rhizoma Gastrodiae） 12 g, Quanxie （Scorpio） 3 g,and Jiangchan（Bombyx Batryticatus） 10g. Results： Daily activities,motor function and dyskinesia in both groups were improved （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ）, especially in the treatment group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Wuhu zhuifeng powder can shorten duration of levodopa-induced dyskinesia,and it is good for Parkinson＇s disease accompanied by dyskinesia, so it could be used in patients with mild and moderate dyskinesia.
