摘 要:以常规籼稻华航31和常规粳稻中花11为试验材料,采用40 kHz和20 kHz混频超声波对水稻种子进行30 min的处理,通过温室培养和大田试验,研究超声波处理对水稻种子发芽性状和产量形成的影响。结果表明:超声波处理提高华航31和中花11产量分别达9.23%和6.84%,主要由于超声波处理增加了华航31和中花11的有效穗、结实率和收获指数;超声波处理能提高华航31和中花11秧苗的株高、干物质积累和叶面积;超声波处理能提高华航31和中花11种子的萌发速度,而对两个品种的发芽率无显著影响。Effects of ultrasound on seed germination and yield formation of rice were studied by using the ultrasonic treatment (20 kHZ and 40 kHZ mixing,30min) to Huahang 31 and Zhonghua 11, in the simulation experiment in phytotron and field experiment. The results were as follows: ultrasound treatment increased yield of Huahang 31 and Zhonghual 1 by 7.98% and 6.40% respectively, and their available panicles, seed setting rate and the index of harvest. Ultrasound treatment increased plant height, dry matter accumulation and leaf area of their seedling. Ultrasound increased significantly germination speed of rice seed, while had no significant effect on the ratio of seed germination.
