农业高等院校学生参与教学管理的理论分析

摘　　要：学生参与教学管理是高等教育改革与发展的必然趋势。以农业高等院校学生为研究对象,从培养学生自主发展、适应管理理念转型、完善现代大学制度视界分析了农业高等院校学生参与教学管理的必要性。农业高等院校学生参与教学管理具有理念、主体和法规保障。建立健全学生参与教学管理的体制与模式,有利于农业高等院校构建和谐教学氛围、提高教学管理绩效和保障实践育人质量。Agricuhural university students involved teaching management will be an inevitable trend of higher education＇s reform and development. The author tried to analyze the necessity of agricultural university students involved teaching management from three different perspectives： students＇ independent development, transformation of management ideas and improvement of the modern university system. This article argued that the idea of college students＇ participating in teaching management get support from the mainstream concepts and legal protection. Establishing and perfecting the teaching management system is benefite to create a harmonious teaching atmosphere, to improve management performance and to promote the education＇s quality.
