摘 要:主要研究了NBR/CM不同配比共混胶料的力学性能、耐老化性能、耐高温性能和二者相容性。结果表明,随着CM含量的增加,NBR/CM硫化胶的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、拉断伸长率、100%定伸应力、硬度和压缩永久变形都有小幅度增加;耐老化性能得到改善;热失重分析表明,CM的加入改善了NBR的高温热稳定性;SEM和DMA分析都表明了NBR/CM具有良好的相容性。The mechanical properties, aging resistance performance, high temperature resistance properties and compatibility of NBR/CM were evaluated. The results showed that: With the increase of CM, the tensile strength, tear strength, elongation at break, 100% modulus, hardness and compression set increased slightly; The anti-aging properties of NBR were improved by CM; Thermogravimetry showed the high temperature resistance performance of NBR was improved by CM; Both DMA and SEM showed that CM was very miscible with NBR.
