摘 要:在近几十年中,高清视频技术层出不穷,积累下来很多重要的历史资料。这使得将媒体视频资产进行有效的数字压缩编码来保护和储存变得越来越迫切。各研究机构不断开发出的高效率视频压缩编码技术,在压缩的同时也影响了运动检测,造成了视频中的运动信息的损失。分析了当前主流的几种视频压缩技术对运动检测的影响。并通过实验结果进行比对,找到了在同一量化参数下,对于运动检测影响较小的视频压缩编码标准。Video capturing technique has been improved much in the last several decades. More and More high -quality video technique has been proposed. That makes a huge quantity of video need to be stored and to be protected. Some high-efficient video compressing technique has proposed with the development of computer science. Absolutely, these techniques have influence on the motion detection, and make the missing of motion information of the videos, when compressing them. This paper analyzed the effect of some popular video compressing techniques on motion detection. And then it figures out a better one that has less influence on the motion detection, via the result of our experiment, when setting the same quantization parameter.
