摘  要:对丁烯氟虫腈在土壤中的吸附动力学和等温吸附—解吸特性进行了研究。采用平衡振荡法和气相色谱—质谱法测定了丁烯氟虫腈在5种土壤中的吸附—解吸行为,并运用数学模型对其在土壤中吸附—解吸特性及迁移性能进行分析。研究结果表明丁烯氟虫腈在5种土壤中的等温吸附—解吸曲线符合Freundli-ch模型,其吸附以物理作用为主,吸附常数1/nads在0.4539~0.4868,解吸常数1/ndes在0.4220~0.4623;其滞后系数(HI)在0.8958~0.9497,解吸行为不存在明显的滞后现象。此外,吸附常数1/nads与解吸常数1/ndes与土壤中有机质含量没有显著正相关,滞后系数HI与有机质含量略呈负相关。进一步研究表明,丁烯氟虫腈在供试的5种土壤中具有极低的移动性,在正常的使用过程中基本不会对地表水或地下水造成风险。The adsorption-desorption experiments of butylene fipronil in soils were conducted by the batch equilibra- tion and GC-MS techniques, furthermore, data were analyzed with mathematic models to describe the characteristics and mechanism of adsorption-desorption and the shift of butylene fipronil in soils. The results showed that the adsorp- tion-desorption isotherms of butylene fipronil was fitted for Freundlieh model well, and the physical reaction played the main role in adsorption-desorption process. The adsorption values ( Thaas ) of butylene fipronil in 5 types of soils ranged from 0. 4539 - 0. 4868 and the desorption values ( 1/ndes ) ranged from 0. 4220 - 0. 4623. The results of de- sorption indicated that there was no obvious hysteresis phenomena appeared during the desorption process, and the hysteresis index (HI) of the butylene fipronil in 5 soils studied varied from 0- 8958 -0. 9497. Furthermore, there was not a positive correlation between the adsorption values ( 1/nads ) and the desorption values ( 1/ndes ) of butylene fipronil and organic materials in soils, average hysteresis index (HI) decreased with increasing organic materials content slightly. The mobility of butylene fipronil in 5 types of tested soils was very low, and there was no risk to sur- face water and underground water during routine use.
