摘　　要：随着科学技术的迅速发展和国际民商事交往的日益频繁,涉外侵权案件显著增加,侵权范围也不断扩大,有关涉外法律适用问题的探讨也日趋复杂。通过对国际私法上的一些涉外侵权适用原则进行分析,我国涉外侵权法律适用的立法规定是适用侵权行为地法,当侵权行为实施地法与侵权结果发生地法不一致时,应基于利益衡量原则适用对受害人更为有利的法律。With the rapid development of science and technology and the frequently exchange of civil and commercial matters after World WarⅡ,the number of foreign-related tort cases increase significantly,and their scope also extends continuously.The article is going to discuss China’s legislation and judicial practice of foreign-related infringement by introducing and analyzing the international principles of foreign-related tort.
