摘　　要：银行保险作为保险公司和商业银行之间的一种制度安排,在我国真正的发展要到平安人寿推出"千禧红"产品后。我国目前的政策法律环境,决定了现阶段我国银保的合作以"分销协议"为主,"战略联盟"为辅,但"金融控股公司"是今后银保合作的必然选择。Bancassurane became an institutional arrangement between insurance companies and commercial banks when Ping An Life Insurance in China launched the ＂Millennium Red＂ products.The current policy and legal environment determines ＂Incompact Agreement＂ is the main cooperation and ＂Strategic Alliance＂ is the supplement.However,we believe ＂Financial Holding Company＂ is the future of bancassurance.
