摘　　要：本文论述了涂复机组所涂复的袋边破袋的原因是由于熔膜边缘增厚、双模头熔膜热量不容易散发、没有通过冷却辊或冷却效果不良所造成。最后给出了工艺改进和设备改造实施措施和效果。This paper discusses the coating unit coating woven bag, the bag edge rupture because of melt film edge thickening, double head film melting heat is not easy to distribute, not through the cooling roll cooling or cooling effect caused by bad. Finally, process improvement and equipment transformation measures and effect.
