摘　　要：成人教育要贯彻落实科学发展的要求,树立以人为本的成人教育理念,把质量意识和服务意识视为成人教育发展的生命线。从工作实际和成人教育的特点出发,构建完善的教育质量保障体系,完善并落实管理制度,把握市场需求,拓宽办学渠道,提升学历教育水平;创新培训方式,突出办学特色,促进非学历教育发展。以方便学生学习、解决工学矛盾为重点,借鉴远程网络教育的手段和经验,积极推进成人函授教育网络化教学改革。结合河北省社会经济发展的要求,打造独具特色的成人教育发展模式。Adult education needs to implement the requirements of scientific developments, establish a people-centered concept, and take quality and service consciousness as the lifeline in the development of adult education. Considering the actual work and its characteristics, a developing mode of adult education with its own characteristics is proposed by building an education quality assurance system, improving and implementing its management system, grasping market demand and broadening school-running channels, so as to raise the level of academic education by innovating training methods, and giving prominence to its characteristics, and simultaneously, to promote the development of non-degree education. This developing mode combined with the requirements of social and economic development in Hebei Province is supposed to contribute itself to facilitating students＇ learning and resolving the contradiction of work and study, by learning from lessons of remote network education in promoting the network teaching reform of adult correspondence education.
