摘　　要：分析了新中国成立以来不同时期农村土地政策和各个不同时期土地政策的特点,进一步对农村土地经营模式的变迁进行研究。通过总结改革开放至今农村集体土地经营模式变迁中产生的问题,得出发展的过程中必须解决集体土地所有权、流转机制、经营模式等一系列关键问题,只有这样中国农村经济才能健康有序发展。Different characteristics of the rural land policy and land policy in different periods since the founding of new China are analyzed, and the rural land management changing mode is further explored. Through the summary of the achievements and problems in the rural collective land since reform and opening up, it is found that three key aspects of collective land ownership, land circulation mechanism, management pattern and other issues in the development are supposed to be solved, and thus China＇s rural economy could be developed in a healthy and orderly way.
