摘  要:通过对各种形式的农村"实用型"人才培养现状进行调研分析,发现存在着教学安排形式化、管理体制不顺畅、培训效果评价过程化等问题,针对问题提出教学计划最大限度满足农民的需要、建立培训机构的认证标准、构建"三位一体"的评价培训效果体系等对策,以期为我国新农村建设"实用型"人才培养提供可借鉴的经验。The research and analysis on the training status reveal that there exist various problems in the training of rural practical talents including formalized teaching managements, unsmooth management system and more attention to process evaluation than effectiveness in training. The thesis proposed that the teaching plan is supposed to maximize the requirements of farmers by establishing the standards of training certification for related organizations and constructing a "the Trinity" evaluating system to provide references for training practical talents of the China's new rural construction.
