系统科学视角下的生态规划和城乡规划的融合

摘　　要：我国现在处于市场经济体制,城乡化与工业化迅猛发展,传统的城乡规划通常存在着重经济而轻生态的情况,同时"反规划"法在我国国情下的实施也存在现实困难。系统思想综合城乡规划与生态规划,使二者协同发展,使城乡规划更加科学合理,在城乡空间生态规划在保障生态空间和预留经济建设空间两方面中做到协调与均衡,缺一不可,使生态规划更加具有现实意义。In the present stage of China, the features of industrialization and market economy in urban and rural planning as background, analyzing ＂economy is superior to ecology＂ conditions in traditional regional urban and rural planning, as well as the objective difficulties in ＂Putting a veto upon planning＂ implementation. In view of this situation, a concept of system integration of urban and rural planning and ecological planning is put forward for both collaborative development, making urban-rural planning more scientific and reasonable. Moreover, coordinating and balancing the ecological space and reserved space for economic construction in the urban-rural space ecological planning will embody more practical significance of the ecological planning.
