摘 要:以48个不同雷公藤无性系为试验材料开展优良单株选择研究,结果表明:不同雷公藤无性系间的分枝数、枝长、径粗等6个生长性状之间存在极显著差异;对不同雷公藤无性系表型性状与生物量的相关关系进行分析,从理论上阐明了优良雷公藤单株选择应以枝长、冠幅、径粗为主,分枝数为辅,进而建立选优的评分标准,根据评分标准进行了不同雷公藤无性系优良单株的选择.Based on the experimental material of 48 different kinds of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. F clone , the superior individual was selected. The results show that: there was a very significant difference in the branch number, branch length, diameter and the other 6 growth traits between different kinds of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. F clone;The correction between the different kinds of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. F clone and biomass was analyzed,the theory showed that the superior individual of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. F should be selected mainly in branch length, crown breadth and diameter and secondly by branch number, and the marking standard of the superior individual was established, and the superior individual of different kinds of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. F clone was selected according to the marking standard.
