摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶的方法,以碳纳米管为载体,萘夫西林(Nafcillin)为模板,无水乙醇为溶剂,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)和苯基三甲氧基硅烷(PTMOS)为双功能单体,四乙氧基硅烷(TEOS)为交联剂,合成核壳结构萘夫西林分子印迹聚合物(CNTs@Naf-MIPs)。用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对萘夫西林分子印迹聚合物的结构、形貌进行了表征;对其吸附性能进行了详细研究,CNTs@Naf-MIPs对模板分子的吸附符合Langmuir方程,Qmax为9.5 mg/g,KD为56.6 mL/mg。制备的印迹聚合物只需30 min达到吸附平衡,吸附-解吸循环5次后,性能稳定。将其应用于加标5和10!g/kg萘夫西林的鸡蛋样品的选择性富集,回收率可达61.3%~84.3%,准确性较好。A novel composite material of core-shell molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) was prepared by surface imprinting technique in combination with sol-gel process based on carbon nanotuhes (CNTs) coated with silica. The morphology and structure of the products (CNTs@ Naf-MIPs) were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The adsorption properties of CNTs@ Naf-MIPs were demonstrated by equilibrium rebinding experiments and Langmuir analysis. The maximum adsorption capacity and dissociation constant of CNTs@ Naf-MIPs were 9.5 mg/g and 56.6 mL/mg respectively. CNTs@ Naf-MIPs showed a fast kinetics and reached the equilibrium only 30 rain. The feasibility of determination of nafcillin from real samples was testified in spiked egg samples with concentration of 5 and 10 ktg/kg by using the imprinted polymer as the adsorption material. The recoveries of nafcillin were ranged from 61.3% to 84.3% with good accuracy.
