摘 要:钴(Ⅱ)在六次甲基四胺-2-(5-碘-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯胺-NH2OH.HCl体系中有一灵敏的极谱波,其峰电位VP为-1.22V(vs.SCE),钴(Ⅱ)的质量浓度在3~40μg/L范围内与峰电流IP′有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7),方法检出限为0.47μg/L。研究了该体系的极谱波性质,结果表明该波为络合物吸附波,其电极过程为不可逆过程,电子转移数为2。所拟方法用于镍矿样中微量钴的测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.8%,加标回收率为110%。Cobalt (Ⅱ) had a sensitive polarographic wave in he xamethylene tetramine--2-(5-iodo-2-pyri- dine azo)-5-dimethylaminoaniline--NH2OH · HCl system. The peak potential Vp was - 1.22 V (vs. SCE). The peak current Ip' showed a good linear relationship to the mass concentration of cobalt (Ⅱ) in the range of 3-40 μg/L. The detection limit of method was 0.4μg/L. The polarographic wave properties of this system were studied. The results showed that this wave was complex adsorption wave. The electrode process was irreversible and the electron transfer number was 2. The proposed method was applied to the determination of trace cobalt in nickel ore sample. The relative standard de- viation of determination results was 1.8 % and the recovery of standard addition was 110 %.
