摘　　要：目的　改革传统的手术前洗手法。方法　 1989年用 1年时间研究实验 ,最后选用“海绵块浸吸‘诗乐氏’消毒液洗手法”,并于 1990年大范围应用于临床。结果　经过 10年应用 ,此法确实有高效、简便、快速、舒适、护肤等优点 ,预防手术感染效果显著。结论　此洗手法适用于各级医院手术前的消毒。Objective To reform traditional method of preoperative washing hands. Methods After of one year research, preoperative washing hands with sponge absorbing Swashes was ultimately chosen and had been applied clinically in large scale since 1990. Results After 10 years of application, it had been widely accepted for its efficiency, convenience, celerity, comfort and so on. Conclusions It can be used for preoperative disinfection in hospitals at different levels.
