摘  要:传统形态学分类一直是医学昆虫分类的主要方法 ,但它易受主观因素和环境因素的影响。目前分子生物学的发展为医学昆虫分类提供了新的思路和方法 ,能弥补传统分类方法的不足 ,可进行更为精确的分类。随机引物扩增多态性 DNA(RAPD)技术是 2 0世纪 90年代发展起来的一种以 PCR为基础的 DNA分析方法。本文介绍了该技术的原理、特点 ,并综述了其在医学昆虫分类中的研究和应用。Traditional morphologic classification was a main way of medical insect classification, but it was liable to be influenced by the factor of subject and environment. At present, the development of molecular biology provided new thought and means for us in medical insect classification. It could make up for shortage of the traditional classification. The RAPD technique was based on PCR and developed by Williams and Welsh in 1990. The paper introduced its principle and characteristic and reviewed its research as well as application in medical insect classification.
