摘　　要：体育知识是体育教学的重要组成部分。体育知识所包含的体育与卫生保健知识对于指导学生科学锻炼,合理娱乐是十分必要的。从学校体育的角度和范围出发,对体育知识的类别及其学习方式进行阐述,从而为学校体育工作者有效地开展教学和工作提供理论参考。Sports knowledge is the important part of physical education. It is necessary to guide student exercise scientifically and recreation reasonably by using the sports and hygiene knowledge which is in- clude in sports knowledge. Discuss on the category and study method of sports knowledge from the angle and scope of school physical education to provide the theory reference for school physical education staff.
