成膜胺点火保养技术在超长期停用600MW机组中的应用

摘　　要：针对黔东电厂2台600 MW机组停用时间超过2年的现状,通过技术攻关提出锅炉点火不并网发电的成膜胺保养技术方法,并详细介绍加药工艺要求、注意事项以及该保养方法在黔东电厂#1机组成功实施应用情况。停用6个月后的检查表明,停用保养效果良好。Aimed at the situation that 2 sets of 600 MW unit in Qiandong power plant have been shutted down for more than 2 years, the protection method of film amines ignition in off-duty is presented and the process requirments, matters needing attention, dosing procession and successful application in unit # 1 in Qiandong Power Plant are introduced in details. The check result shows that it has achieved good maintenance effect after six months stoppage.
