摘　　要：元明两代王朝统治时期,即公元13世纪中期至17世纪中期,由于统治者的重视和积极经营,云南边疆得到了较大开发,经济社会比此前有进一步发展。而此时期内地移民源源不断的进入,引起了云南民族结构和民族关系的变迁。这都对这一时期云南地区的饮食习俗产生了较大影响,使其在内容和形式上日趋丰富多样。Yunnan frontier and its social economy developed greatly during the ruling period of the Yuan and Ming Dynasties i.e. in the middle of period from A.D. 13 century to 17 century because of the rulers＇ emphasis and actively management. The entry of a steady stream of immigrants from the inner land causes in this period changes of Yunnan ethnic structure and relations which influence the drinking and eating habits and make its content and forms more rich in Ynnnan region
