国产氯吡格雷联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛合并糖尿病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察国产氯吡格雷(泰嘉)联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛合并糖尿病的临床疗效和安全性。方法收集符合标准的43例不稳定型心绞痛合并糖尿病患者,将其随机分为治疗组(22例)和对照组(21例)。对照组给予不稳定型心绞痛的常规内科治疗;治疗组在此基础上加用国产氯吡格雷和曲美他嗪,疗程均为12周。结果治疗组总有效率为90.9%,对照组总有效率为61.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、硝酸异山梨酯用量指标均改善,但治疗组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察期间,两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论国产氯吡格雷联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛合并糖尿病,可以有效减少心绞痛发作次数、缩短持续时间,疗效显著,安全性高。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of domestic clopidogrel （Taijia） combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of diabetic patients with unstable angina. Methods 43 diabetic patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, the control group received conventional medical treatment for unstable angina. On the basis of the conventional medical treatment, the treatment group plus domestic clopidogrel and trimetazidine for 12 weeks. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90. 9% and the total effective rate in the control group was 61.9%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. In two groups of patients with angina frequency, duration, isosorbide dinitrate amount indexes are improved, but the treatment group improved more obviously, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05） ; during the period of observation, two groups had no severe adverse reaction. Conclusion Domestic clopidogrel combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of diabetic patients with unstable angina can be effective in reducing the number of angina attacks and shortening the duration of the angina attack and their effect is significant and safe.
