摘　　要：本文阐述了中国网络隐私保护概况。首先，梳理了中国典型的网络用户隐私泄露案例，特别详细地介绍了2011年12月发生的“泄密门”事件，并解释了事件发生的原因。其次，描述了“泄密门”发生后中国政府与中国产业界给出了积极的响应。然后，列举了中国与用户隐私相关的法律法规。再次，针对隐私信息泄露，梳理所面临的各种安全威胁。最后，总结了中国现有隐私安全相关的安全产品，并针对如何保护用户隐私，从中国产业界各成员角度给出安全建议。This paper introduces an overview of Chinese web privacy protection. Firstly, it shows Chinese typical intemet users＇ personal information leak cases, especially focusing on what happened in December 2011, explaining why this case occurs. Secondly, it presents positive responses from both Chinese government and Chinese Intemet industry. And then, it lists Chinese privacy protection related law and regulation. What is more, this paper makes an analysis on privacy information leakage threats and summarizes Chinese current privacy security products on security market. After that, it provides suggestions for resolving the problem of web users＇ personal information leak.
