摘　　要：冠心病是危害全世界人类健康的慢性疾病,国外研究证明患者自我管理能力的提高能极大程度地改善冠心病患者生活质量。而国内相关研究起步较晚,急需建立一个持续的、具有长效机制护理模式提高国内冠心病患者自我管理能力。本文就国内外冠心病发病现况进行介绍。It sumarized coronary heart disease is the world harm human health of chronic disease, this paper introduced the current situation of coronary artery disease at home and abroad, and foreign through the research proves that patients self management ability can greatly improve the quality of life of patients, and domestic related research started late, it is urgent to establish a continuous, has the long - term mechanism to improve nursing mode of domestic coronary heart disease patients self - management ability.
