米力农注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效及其对血清氨基末端B型钠尿肽前体水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察应用米力农微泵治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效及其对患者血清氨基末端B型钠尿肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平的影响。方法选择我院确诊的CHF患者141例,在采用常规治疗的基础上加用米力农治疗;并选择同期体检健康者40例作为对照组。于治疗前后检测受检者血清NT-proBNP水平,评价CHF患者的治疗结果。结果 CHF患者治疗7d后总有效率为93.62%(132/141);CHF患者治疗前血清NT-proBNP水平显著高于对照组;治疗7d后显著低于治疗前,但仍显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。CHF患者随访1年后,发生心脏事件组患者出院时血清NT-proBNP水平显著高于未发生心脏事件组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论CHF患者存在着高水平的NT-proBNP,米力农治疗后其水平显著降低、心功能得到改善。Objective To observe the curative effect of milrinone micro pump in the treatment of chronic heart failure （CHF） and its effect on serum NT - proBNP levels in patients. Methods In 141 CHF patients in our hospital diagnosed cases, with milrinone treatment based on the routine treatment; and 40 healthy persons as control group. Before and after treatment in the test subjects the serum level of NT - proBNP, treatment outcome evaluation of patients with CHF. Results Patients with CHF after 7d treatment the total effective rate was 93.62% （ 132/141 ） ; CHF patients before treatment, the serum level of NT - proBNP was significantly higher than that in control group, 7d after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment, but were still significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈0. 01 ）. After 1 years of follow - up of patients with CHF, cardiac events in patients discharged from the serum level of NT - proBNP was significantly higher than that without cardiac events group （P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion CHF patients have a high level of NT - proBNP, milrinone significantly decreased after treatment, cardiac function improved.
