中药洗剂外敷预防胫骨平台骨折术后功能障碍的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药洗剂外敷预防胫骨平台骨折术后功能障碍的临床疗效,最大限度地恢复膝关节的屈伸功能。方法:将98例胫骨平台骨折适合手术指征的患者随机分为治疗组50例,术后指导患者功能锻炼,并于术后3周配合中药熏洗。每个疗程10次,共熏洗3个疗程;对照组48例术后行功能锻炼,2组3个月后进行疗效评定。结果:所有患者均得到随访,随访时间6～18个月。治疗组优良率为90.0%,对照组为70.8%。结论:中药洗剂外敷能有效预防胫骨平台骨折术后膝关节功能障碍。Objective： To observe clinical effects of external herbal lotion in preventing dysfunction after surgery of tibial plateau fracture and recover the function of flexion and extension of knee joint furthest. Method： All 98 patients were randomly allocated into 50 cases in the treatment group and 48 cases in the control group. The treatment group received functional exercise after surgery and herbal fumigation for three weeks after surgery, ten times were one course of treatment, for three consecutive courses of treatment; 48 cases of the control group were also given with functional exercise, clinical effects of both groups were evaluated after three months. Result： All the patients were paid follow-ups, the time were 6 to 18 months. Total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 90.9% and 69.8%. Conclusion： Herbal lotion for external use can effectively prevent dysfunction of knee joint after surgery oftibial plateau fracture.
