摘　　要：周围神经损伤是导致肢体残疾的重要因素,由于受体会对移植物产生排斥,为解决供体的材料问题,多年来学界一直致力寻找。本着解决降低移植物的免疫原性和抑制机体的免疫反应的要求,化学萃取同种异体去细胞神经支架能有效地降低抗原性,同时得到了大量的实验验证。目前被广泛地应用在临床。Peripheral nerve trauma is an important factor inducing disability of limb. Owing to the accepter will reject the transplant tissue, academia has search suitable supply material for many years. Based on reducing im- munogenicity of transplant and inhibiting the immunity of organism, chemically extracted acellular allograft nerve to treat defect of peripheral nerve is an effective procedure, which can effectively decrease the immunogenicity. It has been validated by a mass of experiment, so is extensively applied in clinic now.
