乌体林斯联合抗结核药物治疗老年肺结核的护理

摘　　要：目的观察和评价乌体林斯联合抗痨药物治疗老年肺结核的疗效和护理。方法将56例老年肺结核病人随机分为治疗组和对照组各28例。两组病人的抗痨方案均采用3HRZE/6HRE,治疗组在抗痨强化期加用乌体林斯辅助治疗。两组患者均同时配合支持治疗和护理。结果完成疗程后,治疗组和对照组痰菌阴转率(78.6%vs 55.6%)、病灶吸收率(82.1%vs 59.2%)、空洞闭合率(63.1%vs 36.8%)的各项观察结果均表明治疗组优于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);药物不良反应发生低于对照组,但无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论采用乌体林斯联合抗痨药物治疗老年肺结核近期疗效确切,针对抗痨药物不良反应给予及时有效的护理是取得治疗成功的重要保证。Objective To observe and assess the curative effect of senile pulmonary tuberculosis treated by mycobacterium phlei F. U. 36 and anti - tuberculosis drugs. Methods 56 patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely the treating group and control group. The patients in the two groups were all treated by the same anti -tuberculosis regimen of 3HRZE/6HRE, the treating group were treated with 3HRZE/6HRE and combined with in- jection of Phlei F. U 36 in strengthening period. And two groups were combined with the treatment and nursing ac- cording to the illness at the same time. Results At the end of the treatment the sputum negative conversion rate was （78. 6% vs 55.6% ） ,foci absorption rate was（82. I% vs 59. 2% ） ,and cavity closure rate was （63. 1% vs 36. 8% ）in therapy group and control group respectively. In the treating group, all of which were higher than those of the control group. There was statistically significant difference between two groups （p 〈 0. 05）, there was no statistical significant difference in two groups of drugs adverse reaction （p 〉 0. 05 ） Conclusion It is definite in the near future to use the plan for senile pulmonary tuberculosis treated by Mycobacterium Phlei F. U 36 and Anti - tuberculosis Drugs. Giving timely and effective nursing to adverse anti -tuberculosis drug reaction becomes important to get successful treatment.
