摘　　要：卫生人才队伍建设是卫生事业改革和发展的保障,高层次人才管理是人才队伍建设的重要组成。结合广州市卫生局20年优秀科技人才管理实践的做法和成效,提出思想重视、规范管理、强化服务是做好高层次人才管理的重点。Medical talent team building is of great significance to health care reform and development. High - level talents management is an important part of talent team building. Based on the practices and effectiveness of management of the outstanding scientific talents in Guangzhou Municipal Health Bureau over the past 20 years, we propose that increased awareness, standardized management and intensified service delivery are the key points of effi- cient high -level talents management.
