浅析门诊信息系统的应用与改进

摘　　要：阐述了我院"以病人为中心"的门诊信息系统(含闭环式门诊预约挂号信息系统,银医"一卡通"平台,医院财务、药房信息系统)的实施,极大地优化了门诊就医流程,缩短了患者就诊等候时间,提高了坐诊医师的工作效率,缓解了患者"看病难"问题;同时医生也能在第一时间内获得集团医院内患者既往诊疗信息、用药方案,能够及时、合理地安排、修订本次诊疗计划,提高医疗服务质量和医院在社会中的地位和声誉,从而推动医院取得更好经济效益及创建全国优质医院起着重要的作用。It has described our hospital ＂patient - centered＂ appointment registration information system （ in- cluding closed loop appointment registration information system, bank ＆ hospital own ＂one -card＂ platform, the im- plementation of hospital financial information system and pharmacy information system）, it optimized the process of visits to the doctor, reduced the patient＇s waiting time, improved the doctor＇s work efficiency, eased the problem of having difficulties to make appointments with doctors; Meanwhile, it has enabled doctors to gather patients＇ informa- tion from internal hospital system at the first time, and get patient＇s past medication information and Cost information, so that doctors＇ can timely, properly arrange, adjust medical plans, Improve the quality of medical services and the reputation of hospital in the society, which plays an important role in promoting the hospital to achieve better econo- mies profits and create good -quality hospitals.
