摘　　要：随着网络和信息化水平的日益提高,电子病历作为所有医疗记录的集合体和最基础的原始材料,其推广应用是医院管理走向科学化、规范化、信息化、现代化的必然趋势。笔者通过探讨国内医院电子病历应用与国外先进水平的差距和存在问题,提出一些基本对策,以期进一步发挥电子病历在社会生活中的作用。With the developing of intemet and informationization level, the application of electronic medical record is an inexorable trend of the hospital management scientization, standardization and informationization. This ar- ticle gives some countermeasures by discussing the existing problem and gap in the application of electronic medical record between home and abroad, in order to bring into greater role of electronic medical record in social life.
