温肾通络汤对冠心病心绞痛患者血清M-CSF、hs-CRP、GMP-140的影响

摘　　要：目的观察温肾通络汤对冠心病(CHD)心肾阳虚兼痰瘀内阻证患者冠状动脉炎症、血小板活化作用的影响。方法将128例CHD心肾阳虚兼痰瘀内阻证患者随机分为两组,治疗组66例,口服温肾通络汤每次120mL,每日2次,治疗2周。对照组62例,口服麝香保心丸,每次2粒,3次/日,治疗2周。分别于治疗前后采集空腹静脉血,测定血清巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(M-CSF)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血小板α颗粒膜蛋白-140(GMP-140)水平。结果两组治疗后血清M-CSF、hs-CRP、GMP-140水平均明显降低(P<0.01),组间治疗后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论温肾通络汤具有抑制冠状动脉炎症反应、抑制血小板活化作用,这可能是其治疗冠心病心肾阳虚兼痰瘀内阻证的机制之一。Objective To study the effects of Wenshen Tongluo decoction（WTD） on serum macrophage colony stimulating factor（M-CSF）,high sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）,and granules membrane protein-140（GMP-140） in patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods One hundred and twenty-eight CHD patients with yang-deficiency syndrome of heart-kidney complicated with stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups：Treatment group（n=66） treated with WTD and control group（n=62） treated with Shexiang Baoxin pill for 2 weeks.The levels of serum M-CSF,hs-CRP and GMP-140 were detected.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum M-CSF,hs-CRP,and GMP-140 in both groups were all decreased significantly（P＆lt;0.01）.There were no significant differences in the levels of serum M-CSF,hs-CRP,GMP-140 between two groups（P＆gt;0.05）.Conclusion WTD had effects on antagonizing inflammatory response of coronary artery,inhibiting activation of platelets,which might be one of the mechanisms for WTD to treat CHD with yang-deficiency syndrome of heart-kidney complicated with stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis.
