摘  要:采用三(三溴苯基)氰尿酸酯(FR-245)和溴化环氧树脂(CXB-714C)作复合阻燃剂、对苯二酚-双(磷酸二苯酯)缩聚物(CFP-220)为其阻燃协效剂,与抗氧剂、光稳定剂、分散剂、基体ABS树脂及加工助剂共混制备出铅酸蓄电池专用环保耐候溴系阻燃ABS材料。并考察了其力学性能、热性能、耐候性、耐溶剂性及其热封性能。实验结果表明,该阻燃ABS材料韧性高、流动性好,耐热,耐候,耐应力,热封性能佳。适合制造铅酸蓄电池外壳专用材料。By blending tris ( tri - bromophenyl) cyanurate ( FR - 245 ) and brominated epoxy resin ( CXB - 714C ) as blendable flame retardant packages, hydroguinone bis (diphenyl phosphate) (CFP -220) condensation polymer as flame synergistic agent, and with antioxidant, the light stabilizer, ABS resins and processing auxiliaries, environment friendly and weather - resistant bromide flame retardant ABS materials were prepared, which were used for lead - acid battery casings and studied its mechanical properties, heat resistance and weather resistance, solvent resistance and heat sealing performance. The experimental results showed that the flame retardant ABS material had the characteristics of high toughness, good liquidity, heat and weather resistance, good solvent resistance and heat - sealing properties. The flame retardant ABS material was suitable for manufacturing lead -acid battery casings specially.
