高效液相梯度洗脱法测定橡胶防老剂RD含量

摘　　要：研究了橡胶防老剂RD(TMDQP 2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉聚合体(C12H15N)n,n=2～4)高效液相色溶剂梯度洗脱的方法测定聚合物的含量。采用水-甲醇作为流动相,检测波长254 nm,流速为1 mL/min,采用C184.6 mm×150 mm×5μm色谱柱,面积归一法计算含量。测定不同生产厂家的RD样品,含量均符合行业标准。The rubber antioxidant RD （ TMDQP 2,2,4 - trimethyl - 1,2 - dihydro - quinoline polymer （ C 12 H15 N ） n· n = 2 - 4） content was determined with high performance liquid chromatography solvent gradient elution. Water - methanol as mobile, check wavelength 254 nm, flow rates 1 mL/min, and adopting CIS 4.6 mm × 150 mm/5 column and area nor- malization method, the RD contents were calculated. Contents of RD of different producing manufacturers＇ samples were determined and the contents were accord with the industry standard.
